It takes an enormous amount of skill and hard work to make a film, and we believe that this creative process should be understood, valued and respected.

See What You Did is our latest Respect for IP film, made in collaboration with Compulsory and directing duo Dario and Dom, and illustrates the way piracy can devalue both the film watching experience, and impact upon the creatives behind a film, be they major studios or independent young filmmakers.

This activity sheet helps young people to think about the issues raised in the short film and highlights the importance of respecting the time, effort and creativity required to make a film.

Updating our resources

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.

What our educators say

"I think that our work on ‘The Girl and the Fox’ has really benefitted our children. I would thoroughly recommend the Into Film approach to any school wanting to improve attainment in literacy."
