Master of Suspense Alfred Hitchcock's dark psychological thriller is based on a true story. Brandon and Philip are wealthy New Yorkers who believe themselves to be intellectually superior to most people. To prove their genius, they attempt to commit the "perfect crime", murdering a "friend" called David and hiding his body in a trunk in their apartment. They then hold a dinner party, inviting David's father and fiancee, as well as their former teacher, whose philosophy inspired the killers' belief that they are above morality. However, as the night progresses, Brandon begins to hint at the foul play that's taken place, and the teacher begins to piece together the crime...
Classic mystery thriller from Hitchcock in which two train passengers decide to see if they can get away with murder.
